The location was great.
“Schlecht!”
Very dirty. Uncomfortable and the whole bed (sheets) had a bad smell. The hair was on the hair dryer. The room felt like a storage closet. I would never return!
The hotel isn’t in the very centre, but getting anywhere is very easy. From the airport it takes 20 minutes on the AeroExpress to the station and then 10 minutes on foot. Walking from the hotel to Barcelona Sants station, Plaça d’Espanya, Plaça de Catalunya, Sagrada Família, and the aquarium takes between 20 and 40 minutes. I stayed in a single room, very small but very clean, with a living area of 6 m², yet it had everything needed – a very comfortable bed, wardrobe, fridge, safe, TV, air‑conditioner, chair and bedside table, a reasonably sized bathroom with a great shower. I specifically requested a room with a courtyard view to avoid street noise at night, and it was very quiet. Breakfast was simply excellent – scrambled eggs, fried bacon, several types of sausage, cheese, Danone yoghurts, three kinds of juice, fruit salad, cereals, milk, assorted pastries, and good coffee. I never left hungry. Service was superb. The room was cleaned very well every day and towels were changed. The breakfast staff cleared tables quickly and brought new dishes as soon as they ran out. Reception works 24/7. I arrived early, left my luggage at reception, and went exploring the city. Thanks to the whole staff for a comfortable stay! I couldn’t manage the air‑conditioner; it was set to 21 °C, which felt cold to me, and I couldn’t adjust it from the room. Thank the cleaning staff for showing me how to turn it off.

The price‑to‑quality ratio was excellent, the breakfast was delicious, the staff were friendly, and the location was ideal—just a short walk from the Barcelona station and the city centre.
