“It wa good to visit the city but it wasn’t pleasant to enter in the room”

The breakfast looked like the picture on the site and what the front desk described, but what I actually ate the next morning was completely different; the room had a strong odor, and the bedsheets smelled like soap or something similar. I wish the room had been cleaner.

Continental breakfast was the usual offering, only meat was sausage & egg frozen wraps, which heated fine in the microwave. Coffee was good, with creamers or real milk in the fridge. The setting felt very homely, with tablecloths and fresh flower vases. The place was clean and tidy. The key didn’t work on the back entrance (the clerk found it locked) even though the green light showed. Then it didn’t work on the room door at all. The clerk cheerfully programmed a new one, which worked. Physically challenged guests might skip this place, or require the first floor, as there are steps and no elevator to the second floor.
