Ground floor with a garden, parking, super friendly and helpful host. Very good bed. Bar with tapas within walking distance. Finding it was difficult without a good GPS.

Spacious and clean. Host was lovely. Nice neighborhood. Breakfast was disappointing – just a few yoghurts and some packaged pastries, no fruit.

Indoor covered parking (motorcycle shelter) comfortable bedding. Poor interior insulation (chair noises). Very brief cleaning. Vacuum‑sealed industrial breakfast. Very far from Florence and poorly served – one bus line 41 then a transfer to reach the center, taking at least an hour.
