The meals were really tasty, the bed felt cozy, and the river view was pleasant. However, the Wi‑Fi was terrible, with a weak signal that kept dropping out. The shower was quite small and pricey, and the bar staff seemed abrupt at times.

The room was comfortable. The restaurant manager was rude when I pointed out a drink issue; instead of replacing it, I was told to order something else. The water that was supposed to be sparkling was just tap water refilled. I stayed here last year and it felt completely different; I think it was overpriced and other guests were also dissatisfied.

The location was good and the room offered a nice view. On the downside, there was no service at the restaurant and a 10 % service charge was applied by default.

The location was perfect and the food fantastic! Staff were very attentive, especially in the restaurant during the evening meal. Prices were slightly high, but understandable given the location.

We were traveling with our two dogs and the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating—a truly dog‑friendly place. The food was very good and room service was a 5‑star touch. The location is brilliant.
