“Soyez vigilants”

We were redirected to a cottage that didn’t belong to the owner of the former Chandelier estate; the owner, Monsieur Davanceau, was very kind and welcoming, and the cottage was great for a night—thanks to him for the warm reception after your hospital stay. However, the reservation sites (Booking, etc.) didn’t coordinate the schedules, forcing us to sleep elsewhere. The reception at the former Chandelier estate was handled by a woman who seemed unwelcoming, the sheets left by the estate owner were dirty, stank, were grandma’s old heavy sheets, and the blankets were awful—luckily the real owner supplied clean ones. The cottage’s name was misspelled, making it hard to find. In short, it was a disaster; I think this man is just a sleep merchant.
