“Coccole in montagna”

The facility was well‑kept, with a nice spa area, kids’ zones, and a full gym. Breakfast was as varied as dinner. The staff were attentive and helpful, offering a range of activities depending on the day. Even guests with dogs are welcome. Nothing to complain about—everything was perfect.

Convenient parking, friendly staff, efficient dinner service, and a truly great Tyrolean evening with a fantastic hock. The spa and pool were fine ❤️ we had a good stay. No complaints—everything was fine 👌

I stayed at this hotel and felt really comfortable. The property is beautiful, spotless, and meticulously maintained. The staff were always kind, helpful, and professional, making us feel at home right away. The spa was gorgeous, offering teas and more! The room was cozy and impeccably clean, and the quality of services and breakfast was excellent. The staff’s attention to guests really makes a difference. They even love animals—another plus! It was a very positive experience, and I’d gladly return. Highly recommended—10 and praise! The only minor issue was that the mattress might be a bit too soft for some, and the bathroom is a bit small and lacks a bidet. I’d say it’s a flaw we found, but overall the place is great!

The hotel is well‑maintained and very clean. All advertised amenities are present: a nice pool, an outdoor garden, saunas, a Turkish bath, and a relaxation area. The room was clean and comfortable. It wasn’t huge, but it was fine for us. The only thing that didn’t blow us away was the in‑room bathroom. The photos on the website showed modern, new bathrooms, while ours was small and not exactly new. I later learned that there’s a price difference between newer and older rooms. Still, the bathroom had everything needed.
