“Lovely property but some staff training would be very beneficial.”
The pool area and gardens were kept pristine and the staff in the gardens were friendly. We stayed in a small two‑person back room that was tidy and nicely decorated. The breakfast manager was professional and attentive. However, the breakfast staff would often take plates or cups away too early, making the meal feel rushed. The snack menu was mediocre, the portions small and not very tasty. When we asked a receptionist about a taxi, they were rude and unhelpful. The day‑trip options were pricey and the overall kindness and attention to detail were lacking.

The hotel meets my expectations. If you want a quiet stay while enjoying massage areas, a pool, and a nearby beach, this place is ideal. You can also stay active in the gym. I have more to say, but the best way is to visit and form your own opinion. ☺️ The only improvement would be to host local events at least twice a week, such as inviting local musicians or singers to create a warm, friendly atmosphere and showcase local culture.
