The Marmotel Etoile, a 2-star hotel in Paris, is 450 metres from the Arc de Triomphe and a 3-minute walk from the Palais des Congrès. Soundproofed rooms feature free Wi-Fi, en suite bathrooms, LCD TVs, and minibars. A flowered patio serves continental breakfast. Located near Avenue des Champs Elysées, it offers easy metro access to La Défense, Louvre, and Tour Eiffel.

The hotel matched the photos, the room was renovated and clean, the exterior, reception, and corridors were very outdated, but the room itself was spotless. The location was hyper convenient, right across from the metro entrance and about 3 n (without lying) on foot from the Arc de Triomphe. A great bakery right next to the hotel served our breakfast, and the lively neighborhood and market stalls were just a two‑step walk away. Nothing special to note except the necessary renovation of the entrance. The corridor and entrance décor were disappointing.
