The service was good, but I found the place to be clean and beautiful.

The room felt very romantic with a bathtub that I really enjoyed, but the floor was sandy and the bath linens smelled awful.

The rooms were pretty and the staff were friendly; the location was a bit far from the city center, but there were shops and restaurants nearby, so that didn’t bother me. Initially we were given a gorgeous room that looked like something out of a fairy tale, but unfortunately it had cockroaches. We were moved to another room because the staff’s attempts to eliminate the bugs were ineffective. The second room, which was also nice but not as special, was completely clean and we didn’t see a single cockroach. Thank you for letting us change rooms.
