I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me with language barriers. The pool area was beautiful, and breakfast offered many options. My room, however, was not in the best condition; a large stain on the carpet and cigarette burns on the nightstand were noticeable, and I expected better from such a nice hotel.

Overall, a nice hotel. I think having carpets in the rooms is not hygienic; even with regular vacuuming, the carpets still hold microbes and dust. The area under the beds is inaccessible for thorough cleaning, which is problematic. I recommend reviewing the bedding and floor coverings to raise hygiene standards.
