“Buena ubicación, mal personal.”
La ubicación es buena y el hotel está limpio. El personal dejó mucho que desear: el check‑in fue lento y el recepcionista nos respondió con una actitud grosera y desconsiderada. Además, teníamos una escalera de mantenimiento guardada en la habitación y una ventana que daba al pasillo.
“Per repetir.”
És molt maco, cuidat fins al darrer detall. Ens agradaria haver quedat una nit més per gaudir del paisatge i de l'hotel. Quan vam arribar plovia molt i feia fred. Una de les habitacions no havia encès la calefacció, però és l'única cosa negativa que es pot dir. La resta va ser molt bé.

The location is beautiful in nature, about a 10‑minute drive from the village of Ollantaytambo, perfect if you want to avoid the village bustle and stay in nature. The tents are fully equipped with heating, hot water for tea, small snacks, a lockbox, a minibar, and a nice shower. The view of the mountains is lovely, the beds are very comfortable and I slept wonderfully. It was great to relax in the tent after a long day.

Everything was extremely helpful, and the spa was small but overall very good.
