Beautiful location with a nice balcony for outdoor breakfast. The first time finding it was a bit tricky.

The location is amazing, right at the start/end of Montepulciano’s old town. The apartment has a high standard while still showing some original charm, and we especially liked the beautiful bathroom. Check‑in/out was smooth and easy. Parking area 7 is nearby, and we were lucky to almost always find a free spot during our stay. The old building has no AC, so it can get quite humid, which also leaves a smell and stays in the clothes—keep that in mind if you have issues with that.

The vibe here is amazing and the location is unbeatable. The owner is super friendly. Everything is close by, and the apartment itself makes a big impression. It even has a balcony, which is not easy to find :)

The place is full of character and beautifully furnished. We enjoyed wine on the balcony before heading out for dinner and loved the location. There's plenty of space, a gorgeous bathroom that makes evening prep a pleasure, and the host gave great directions for free nearby parking. Nothing was wrong – it was perfect. Even though there was no air conditioning, a powerful fan and the solid stone walls kept the interior quiet and cool even in mid‑July. I’d definitely recommend it, though the stairs to the bathroom mean it’s not suitable for those with accessibility issues.
