The lift was broken, the room we booked wasn’t available, and the hotel manager didn’t call or do anything; it was the worst place to stay, so I’d look elsewhere next time.

The location was convenient and the staff were friendly.

The spot was great, but the elevator broke, the room door wouldn’t shut, and the new room had a used bar of soap in the shower plus a broken TV remote. The bed felt uncomfortable and the pool wasn’t heated.

The place was clean, the front desk stayed open 24 hours, and the hot breakfast was solid. However, the hotel computer didn’t register my reservation, so I was charged the full price and had to open a ticket through the booking site to fix the overcharge.
