Check‑in didn’t happen. The flat seemed great, but Booking’s info was incomplete and I never got a room key code. I’ll ask for a refund of the day’s payment via PIX and had to find another nearby hotel.

“Excelente escolha para ficar proximo a Congonhas”

The room was extremely cozy with plenty of good pillows, the shower was well regulated, the restaurant was very good, and it’s close to the airport. I liked everything.

I reached out to the host only to clarify a possible discrepancy in the flat listing on the app; the ad highlighted a breakfast icon alongside other free amenities like parking, which could mislead guests. I never asked for breakfast or demanded the info be honored, and I made it clear in the chat that I understood it might be a platform error and that my contact was just to clarify. The host’s reply was shockingly rude, even threatening to report me for alleged “misconduct.” I find that treatment completely disproportionate; a legitimate question about an advertised detail could have been answered politely and professionally, without threats or accusations. I’m disappointed not only with the listing issue but especially with how a simple clarification attempt was handled. The bathroom was dirty, with visible grout lines, and one lamp had a bad connection, making it hard to keep it on.
