The spot is right in the middle of everything and the décor is actually quite nice. The two hosts, though, were a mess – they kept sending me contradictory messages, seemed distrustful, and piled on a lot of rules, even telling me my friends couldn’t come despite the street being unsafe at night. Check‑in and check‑out turned into a hassle; they arrived late, forced me to set an exact departure time when I could have just left the key with the owner who lives a block away.

The room was clean and the layout was tidy, which I appreciated, but there was no breakfast and they slapped a 45‑real charge for arriving after 7 pm even though I had told them I'd be there around 8. That fee felt arbitrary and unreasonable.

The host was welcoming, the flat is easy to get to, and I felt completely private and comfortable; I also felt safe throughout my stay.
