Ideally located. Excellent breakfast, attentive service staff, great motorcycle garage. The place is remote with no other restaurants on site, only a daily menu instead of à la carte.

The breakfast was good, except for the fresh rolls that were missing, but everything else was there. The free motorcycle garage is great. Dinner was okay, portions were small but not expensive. No German TV channels were available.

We stayed at the Rosaresort for the second time during our stop on the way south; it’s acceptable but a bit dated. The price‑performance ratio is good.

Breakfast selection was outstanding and the staff were very attentive. The dinner menu and flavors were excellent! We loved the view and the location. The quiet, relaxed village of Cavareno was a nice contrast to the loud, busy Bolzano.
