The place was clean, but the room stayed very cold all the time; only the shower had hot water. I asked for extra pillows and they wouldn’t give them, there was only one outlet near the door, I requested a iron and none was provided, and when I asked for heating they said they didn’t have any. Every request I made was met with a “no”; I would have paid a bit more for those extras, but they just said they weren’t available.

The room was relatively warm for July in Peru, the bathroom was decent, and hot water with teas was available on the corridor. Parking inside the building was safe. However, there was no hot water in the morning and they only accepted cash payments.

The room was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the internet was good, and the parking was great; overall the accommodations were very good. The downside was that they did not accept card payments for the daily rate.
