“Para ser hotel boutique, su cultura de servicio e instalaciones están lejos de serlo”

The only thing this hotel has going for it is its rustic adobe and brick walls, but that's where the good ends. The service is completely lacking, and it's clear the staff hasn't received any training. We had issues with hot water in our room, and when we came back to find our car covered in beer cans, we realized there's no actual parking for guests - just a tiny bay near the entrance that can barely fit one car.

“Enjoyed the fill and look of this small hotel”

The hotel's pictures do it justice - it's a stunning place to stay. However, the bed was a bit of a letdown, being both extra firm and small.

“Podría ser bueno”

We were really looking forward to staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to our expectations. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful, but the management seemed completely out of touch with what was going on. We had issues with the shower not having any water, so we switched rooms and paid extra for a better experience.
