The entire stay was flawless; the facilities are stunning, the rooms are very comfortable and spotless, the food was fabulous, each restaurant felt like a Michelin‑level venue, surpassing our expectations, everything was delicious. The staff’s service was spectacular, Zuleima as our concierge made the stay truly unique and perfect. A bonus was the animators Sebastián and Alex, who added a touch of fun to our relaxation. Everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect—facilities, food and drinks, the bed was super comfy, and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. We celebrated my husband’s birthday and they added nice touches in the room. The service was great; I’ll definitely come back.

Room was spacious, bathroom was good, plenty of leisure options, and staff were attentive. The replenishment of room items could be automatic instead of requiring guests to request them.

Unico was an amazing stay; my family and I felt taken care of from the moment we arrived. Eduardo, our personal host/concierge, was always helpful and available whenever we needed him. I can’t wait to return!
