Apart from the food and the lack of room heaters, the property excels in lactation, view, amenities, staff, hospitality, and value for money. I’d stay here again when I visit La Chung. The food quality and taste need improvement, and a heater should be supplied in the room.

Parking was available, but the room hygiene was poor: the washroom pot wasn’t cleaned and had hairs from previous use. The TV wasn’t working, there was no working telecommunication, and no Wi‑Fi password was provided.

The hotel's location is great, but unfortunately, the service and facilities let it down. From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed put off by our presence, like we were a nuisance. The reception area was cramped and outdated, with a general air of neglect. We were made to feel like we were doing them a favor by even staying there, which was a pretty off-putting attitude to encounter.

This hotel is perfect for a family getaway. The morning breakfast spread was seriously impressive - they had everything from eggs to pancakes to fresh fruits. The variety was amazing and the quality was top-notch. However, the dinner buffet was a bit of a letdown, as it was way overpriced for what you got. Still, the pros far outweigh the cons, and I'd definitely recommend it for a family vacation.
