I had a very disappointing stay. After arriving, I was asked to pay an extra ₹500 just to use the AC. The menu prices were also shockingly high for the overall quality and facilities. Worse, there was no reliable power backup and the TV didn’t work at all. Basic things like a backup power supply and a functioning TV are expected from a hotel. I had no other option, so I stayed despite these problems. It was definitely not worth the money. The property needs a serious upgrade in facilities, pricing transparency, and overall guest experience, and I would not recommend it based on my stay.

When I checked in, I realized it wasn’t a good place to stay, so I moved to Radisson Blue. The location, rooms, ambience—all were disappointing.
