The building, design, staff, and optional payable underground parking were all very good; it’s a 15/20 minute walk to the centre, and the communal spaces were a bonus. The double room was smaller than we thought, but the bed was comfortable and the high ceilings made it feel more spacious.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it worked perfectly as a place to stay while we walked around the town; we even got complementary Ghent jellies, which are delicious.

The room was fine, small but functional, and the beds were good. Breakfast was disappointing for the price; the coffee was bad, the croissant and chocolate roll were very sticky and greasy, and the brie and cheese were still frozen. Additionally, the parking was inaccessible because the door was broken, and the service staff only helped when we called.
