I really enjoyed staying here, listening to crickets, butterflies, and the quiet atmosphere; it was a super cool little place. The family was kind and relaxed, made me tea upon arrival, and overall it was a nice spot.

Very well located; the family owners are attentive, always looking after their guests, and are very good people. The only downside is the lack of air conditioning, which was already mentioned in the listing.

A spotless room, hosts were very friendly, welcoming, and kind. The spot is great and everything you need is there. Everything was liked.

The host was very friendly and let me check in earlier, which was a nice gesture. The place is good and affordable for a room with a kitchen in Ubud. Overall a good stay and I’d return during the dry season. I liked everything except a mold smell when I entered the room. It’s sad because the hosts are really friendly and I would have liked to support them more. Maybe it’s better outside the rainy season. I noticed the mold smell in other stays too, but for me it’s an issue. One morning there was a dying cockroach on the floor, but in my experience this happens a bit everywhere. The fact that you don’t see the cockroach doesn’t mean they’re not there.
