The location is great and easily reachable, but the room we got was old and dirty, the toilet leaked, the cabinet was broken, and the towels smelled old.
“What can you expect from a 2 star hotel?”
The security team was friendly, but I had to keep asking housekeeping, there was a bug problem, traffic noise was loud, walls were thin, the AC was weak for a tropical climate, plumbing needed repair, they supplied water and coffee mugs but no kettle or coffee maker, and the door locks were no better than a bathroom door lock.
The spot was great, but they never cleaned the room and the internet connection was awful.
The service was fine, yet the air‑con vent was positioned right next to the bed.
