Pensiune & Restaurant Victoria

The location was great, the food was tasty, the room stayed warm even though it was a cooler evening, and the staff were very friendly—they even prepared breakfast with coffee for us to take with us because we were leaving at 6 am.

Locația este deosebită, am fost binecuvântată cu priveliști superbe ale munților și senzaționale răsărituri de soare! Hotelul, tot personalul de nota zece! Felicitări!. Nu am de reproșat

Nice staff, free parking, fresh air, close to the sky area, nice triple room, clean, breakfast good, dinner very good. The breakfast was very good, though a better coffee than Fortuna would be nice.

“Perfect daca doresti aproape de Arena Platos”

I received room 14, which had an excellent view toward the sunrise/front of the hotel. I stayed at the beginning of September, so everything was closed, quiet and peaceful since there weren’t many tourists. The room is decently sized, comfortable, and has everything you could want. The restaurant was OK, service was OK. First of all, we didn’t like that the hot water in the bathroom wasn’t very hot for two consecutive days… The breakfast, unfortunately, was OK, but for the Sibiul area it could have been much better.

Beautiful view with a great sunrise from the balcony. The staff were not friendly or helpful with our luggage. Breakfast was only the basics and only refilled when asked. The coffee machine wasn’t regularly refilled or serviced. As a sweet breakfast item there was only pre‑packed jam. Everything was presented very carelessly. In the evening, the balcony door couldn’t be left open because of strong kitchen smells.
