The property is in a perfect spot that lets you visit all the main points of Ubud just by walking. The owner is very friendly, helpful, and always smiling; he gave us several tips and recommended a great driver. Absolutely recommended 💜

I love the staff here; Ketut is a wonderful person who goes above and beyond. He works extremely hard and I really appreciate him. I stayed in room 7 for a month and had my own balcony and outdoor bathroom. Sunrises were amazing! It’s right in the heart of things, so there’s plenty to do. The AC worked great!!! And they have cabinets with lock and key! I shouldn’t have to say this, but I’ve read reviews of other reasonably priced places and people complain about the dumbest things. This is a simple homestay, budget friendly; if you want a 5‑star place, go pay 5‑star prices!!! You get what you pay for and this spot was totally worth it🙏 Like I said, it’s in the heart of things, so if you’re a light sleeper, it might be difficult.

The place is well situated, but the toilet was outside, which was fine unless it rained, and the bedding seemed unwashed; after dropping our stuff off for the day we returned late and found the sheet under the duvet covered in hair and other bits, with the sheets and pillows smelling used.

The property and rooms are gorgeous, the hosts are very nice, the place is very green, you have your own balcony and it feels magical, walking to your room, and I would book again; however, I had to ask for toilet paper, soap, and a towel because they were overlooked amid festivities, and the shower and toilet weren’t always working, though it wasn’t too bad.
