Magnifique jardin et hôtesse d’accueil absolument adorable et arrangeante pour tout, du repas à l’organisation des excursions aux transports…super ! Les lits n’étaient pas hyper confort, mais tout le reste était si bien que l’on oublie !

Location was good. Beds were good, and the room was generally clean. 1. The hosts didn’t reply to message request before our stay. 2. They sell underground river trips priced at 2100 per person (without food), which is quite high of a price when you can just walk 500m to the peer and arrange it yourself with way less money. The underground river trips run all day and they are anyway arranged in arrival order, so there is no benefit in doing the extra hustle trying to arrange it through your accommodation, unless you are located all the way in Puerto Princesa. In our stay there, it cost 2300 per person, including a van ride and food. So there is absolutely no justification for the 2100 / person at this place. 3. Wifi never worked 4. No warm water 5. Often there was no personnel on-site / at the reception. We had problem using our room key, but there was nobody to be found or to be contacted

Each room is spacious with a balcony you can actually stay on, and the beds inside are large. The air conditioning is comfortable, and the area feels secluded, like a hidden paradise garden. Pets roam freely around the property, and the walls are decorated with sea creatures and bamboo designs typical of local resorts. Staff respond to requests even in the wee hours, and each room has personalized hot water and coffee service rather than shared common areas. On the downside, there’s no hot water for showers, making nighttime baths difficult when it’s cold. The door lock isn’t functioning properly and may need replacement. The dogs and cats are overly friendly, often knocking on doors, taking slippers, or sitting on clothes. The lighting is too dim, and there are no signages before or in front of the inn, forcing us to ask around or wander through a spooky alley to find it.

The location is great, and our host Margret was amazing and extremely helpful, even arranging last‑minute excursions for us. As the saying goes, “you get what you pay for,” and despite the negatives, I would stay again. The basic facilities are fine, but the doors aren’t sealed and the screens need replacing, so I got bitten by bugs at night. There’s no hot water, and the pressure is so low that you have to bucket wash yourself.

The room is clean and features interesting wall paintings, and free drinking water is provided. Everything is within walking distance. The water smells, and there’s no soap, shampoo, or hot water. At $20 a night it would be a good value; 40+ feels excessive, but it’s a high‑tourist area.
