“Unprofessional”

This was, without question, the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. I prepaid months in advance and expected a professional check‑in, yet the host never showed up, leaving me waiting outside. The building manager eventually let me into the apartment because the host was absent. When I woke up, I learned the host had cancelled my reservation while I was sleeping. I had done nothing wrong and was suddenly left without a place, forcing me to book an expensive hotel last minute, which caused massive stress and disrupted my holiday. Worse still, the property has refused to take responsibility, and I’ve spent my time chasing refunds instead of enjoying my trip. A host who fails to meet guests, cancels a prepaid reservation after check‑in, and leaves a guest stranded should not be operating on this platform. I travel a lot and have stayed in hundreds of hotels and apartments worldwide, and I have never experienced anything like this. Avoid this property at all costs.

What I didn’t like was that they charged me extra for cleaning (the reservation mentioned it but it was hard to find), and then they didn’t clean the room or change the towels and still charged me. More than $70.00 a day for nothing.
