We appreciated the quiet of the neighborhood, the proximity to the metro, and a parking spot for 3 € a day. It was convenient for a multi‑day stay. There were a bakery, grocery store, and restaurants nearby.

I spotted a gorgeous, spotless shared house right in a stellar spot, just a 2‑minute stroll to the metro and a 15‑minute ride to the airport and downtown. The beds were only moderately comfy and they squeaked a lot—any shift woke the other guest. The doors in both rooms made a terrible clunk that echoed through the whole house whenever someone shut them. The kitchen was under‑equipped, hard to cook in, and the microwave wouldn’t work. With a few small upgrades, this spot could easily hit a perfect 10.

The place was close to the metro and pretty clean, but the amenities were very worn out. The shower drain was partially clogged, and the shelves barely hung on the wall.

Localização, limpeza, uso da cozinha/geladeira. As camas não são muito confortáveis e não tem ar condicionado (está no anuncio mas não me atentei) mas eles fornecem ventilador no quarto
