The airport shuttle was supposed to be free, yet we were charged €15 after conversion; the breakfast buffet was said to start at 06:30, but at 08:15 we only received a note saying “the chef is on the way,” and finally an omelet, a pot of tea and six pieces of dry baguette were delivered to the room.
