The food was tasty and the restaurant staff were very accommodating, preparing dishes to our specifications and the breakfast was superb with no complaints. However, I was unhappy with the reception staff’s attitude when we asked for alternative rooms because the rooms were smaller than the website photos; they claimed all rooms were booked even though many were vacant, offered pricier options to make extra money, and when I requested an invoice they said I would receive it by email after booking. I had upgraded my room but never received a bill, and they couldn’t provide a finalized invoice.

The view and location are good, but the flooring material in the rooms isn’t suitable for the cool climate here, and the price is high.

“Extremely overrated. But good property.”

We booked a Deluxe double room for Sunday night at Rs 6235, hoping to add extra beds for an 18‑year‑old and a 9‑year‑old, but the room was so cramped that even a chair wouldn’t fit. The front‑office lady offered a vacant premium room for an additional Rs 2500 and Rs 1500 for the extra beds. After the GM intervened, the total rose from the expected Rs 4000 plus tax to Rs 8108. It was Sunday at 6 pm; the site is good and the new property is nice, but the rate is extremely high. If you don’t mind the cost, it’s a nice place, and breakfast was good. The rate is so high, and when I asked for the bill they only gave me an estimate printout, handing over the actual bill only after I insisted.

“Not value for money”

The rooms don't match the pictures and feel smaller than advertised; we asked for different rooms and were told none were available even though many were empty. They tried to sell us a VIP room for 25k, then I asked to upgrade to a valley room for 17k, but the only real difference was a balcony—don’t spend extra on these cramped rooms. The only thing I enjoyed was breakfast, which was amazing, and dinner was good too, though I would give lunch a 2 out of 5.

“A pleasant stay with warm staff, clean rooms, and easy accessibility.”

This new resort is impeccably maintained and spotless; we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff were exceptionally kind and friendly, and the location offers easy access to all key landmarks. I’d definitely return. Nothing major to criticize right now, but I’m looking forward to seeing more additions as the resort expands.
