“Sconsigliata!”
The room looked really nice, just like the photos. There was no independent heating control, so I had to write to the owner to activate the hot‑water bath. She also had to turn on the air conditioner remotely, claiming she’d forgotten the remote in another apartment – which I didn’t find believable. We suffered cold upon arrival and in the morning. If you book a room with a hot‑water bath and pay for it, you expect to use it freely, not have to request activation even at 1 a.m. It was Christmas Eve, and after the dinner we wanted to relax in the jacuzzi, but I had to contact the lady to have it turned on remotely! We felt exposed and stripped of our privacy. If the owner has trouble paying utilities, she should raise the room price so everything is covered in the cost.
