Busy with deer running around the fence, we missed the fishing opportunity, and it was a bit pricey, but otherwise fine. There was really nothing else, maybe it could use a broom.

“Finfin stuga i underbar natur”

The cabins are wonderfully situated right next to the elk herds, and walking in this lovely environment is so nice! The cabin is very fine, newly built and fresh with many windows and great light. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for personal reasons, which I fully understand, but it was a disappointment. In the cabin I missed a lamp by the bed, and I think a shoe rack would have been nice.

“Overall, we were disappointed and considered leaving after an hour of arrival, but there were no other places available,”

The deer in the backyard were cool, but it was very confusing when we arrived. We didn’t know where to go, so I called the host, who sounded like he was traveling, and he sent me to a cabin that had no running hot water and no kitchen utensils. When I complained again over the phone, he directed me on foot to another cabin that had some of his personal items in it and said I could use that one instead. Unfortunately, that one also had no kitchen items, although it did have running hot water. He then sent me across the site, far away, to another property where there were kitchen items that I had to drive to and then pick up and use so I could make my family a meal. It wasn’t what we expected and left a hard impression of the place at the beginning. No staff were on site to meet or greet us, so I felt isolated all day. The Wi‑Fi password wasn’t written anywhere; I had to text the host on iMessage to get it. There were many mosquitoes around, which is expected in summer, but there were no mosquito nets or grills. The cabin can get very hot when you close everything to keep the bugs out.

“Verbesserungsbedarf bei Organisation und Sauberkeit”

Die Umgebung ist wirklich wunderschön. Es muss einem klar sein, dass man wirklich außerhalb der Stadt ist. Die Hütte an sich, ist eine sehr schöne Idee. Die Materialien und Gegenstände sind schon ein ding für sich. Es wurde angesprochen, dass wir schon früher in die Hütte können (13 uhr) und wir haben keinerlei Infos oder Rückmeldungen bekommen, welche Hütte wir haben bzw wo der Schlüssel für uns zu finden ist. Vor ort war niemand zu finden und unter der Telefonnummer die am Restauran hängt, war niemand zu erreichen. Über WhatsApp hatte ich auf meine Information das wir angekommen sind, keine Reaktion bekommen. Über die Handynummer ist keiner dran gegangen. Als wir über WhatsApp ( ca 14.30) mal eine Antwort bekommen. Somit haben wir 1 1/2 Stunden erst einmal gewartet. Ausserdem hatten wir eigentlich abgesprochen, dass ich Bettwäsche dazu buche. Die. Inlays haben wir vor Ort gefunden, aber keine Bettwäsche. Somit sind wir als erstes los und haben noch Bettwäsche gekauft. Ausserdem hatte ich vermutet, das der See mit Steg auf dem Bildern direkt vor Ort ist, ich habe ihn aber nicht gefunden, weil er ein wenig entfernt liegt
