The location was good, but they never handed out towels for showering. One shower was broken and the toilet didn’t work properly. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and saggy; I had to make my own bed and wash the sheets afterward. It was overpriced for what it offered. The whole room smelled like farts and I had to endure people coughing and snoring all night. Hard pass. It wasn’t a good value either, especially compared to every other place I stayed in Japan over the last two weeks. I had a very nice hotel in Sapporo for the same money.
