The welcome was fantastic in this extraordinary place, full of trolls, friendly ogres, and mischievous witches. Everything was set up for disconnection and enchantment, and we loved the whole vibe!

“Fantastisch verblijf in rustgevende omgeving”

The location was beautiful to stay at. The countless and unparalleled works of art by the former resident artist are breathtaking, one amazement after another. Breakfast, served in a stunningly decorated dining room, was plentiful and very tasty—from sandwiches, croissants, and coffee cakes to delicious yogurt, plus plenty of good coffee. In short, we had everything we needed! Highly recommended. The surroundings are also super relaxing, perfect for walking, and we’re very likely to return. The only small downside was that the Wi‑Fi was a bit underwhelming, and the stairs to the upper floor present a slight challenge.

“Urig”

The hosts were very nice, the place was cozy and suitable for a family of four, the hanging pictures and figurines made it feel like a museum, and the shower was the best we’ve ever had.

The accommodation was exceptional and really had character. Breakfast was wonderful, with something for every taste—sweet and savory (cheese, eggs, sausage), fresh rolls, plenty of coffee, and even freshly squeezed juice. The hosts were very friendly and attentive. The staircase was a bit narrow and had decorative items on it; carrying a large suitcase was a struggle, but the helpful staff resolved the issue quickly and efficiently.
