A pleasant overnight stop on the way to Blackpool that I’d recommend, though I wish they’d offer free beer.

The room was fine but the bed was uncomfortable, and that was the main issue.

The staff were friendly and the front‑door view was wonderful, but the pod lacked internet, the bed springs were audible, there was no waste bin, and the work surface area was insufficient.
