“Terribile”
Nothing. We never got to set foot in the property. Confirmed booking, then dropped. I chose this place for one specific reason: two separate sleeping areas (bedroom with a double bed plus a living room with two sofa beds, exactly as advertised). That is the only thing that made the stay workable for the three of us. We were relocated elsewhere, to a single-room property that was not pet friendly — our dog was not allowed to stay alone in the room and was not allowed into the restaurant. I ended up having to book and pay for a second room at another hotel out of my own pocket. When I filed a complaint with , the host replied to me personally with a message containing insults and a slur about my nationality. I have kept it in full and reported it to . This is not a disagreement about service standards. It is how this host treats a guest who asks for a refund he is owed. If you expect the person hosting you to behave like a civilised adult when something goes wrong, book somewhere else. There are dozens of options around Plitvice

Unfortunately everything seems neglected despite the potential, cleanliness was poor, there were two wasp nests—one at the entrance and another under the Irish‑bath lid—making them hard to avoid; my daughter was stung three times, luckily she isn’t allergic, and the photos should be updated.
