They told me the rooms were fully booked even though I had a reservation, and the staff asked me to contact someone to sort it out.

Everything was filthy, the staff were rude, the surroundings were dirty, breakfast was awful, and the rooms were so dirty they were practically on the floor—no words.

They tried to charge extra for letting me in 30 minutes early, I waited, and they were 30 minutes late because they were cleaning the room; no discount was given. Getting into the back parking is hard, and the rooms are small. The price could have been better for the room size.
