A few steps from the city centre, right next to the Wawel Castle, the hotel offers a very attentive reception ready to help with transport and arrange excursions, the rooms are clean, and I highly recommend it.

The location is top notch—right in the centre, beside the river and Wawel Castle, with the skybar positioned where the river bends for an amazing view, and you get a similar great view from the room; it’s only minutes to most attractions or transport, and the staff are always friendly and super helpful—best wishes to Bartosz =] iki pasimatymo! The hotel sits directly on the Vistula and beneath the Wawel Castle, the old town is quickly reachable on foot, it’s a quiet corner, and the view from the rooftop terrace is beautiful; you might want to invest in more comfortable pillows.

“Great Location with not so good facilites”

The spot was spot on for exploring Krakow, right next to all the main sights. My room was spacious and quiet, and the terrace on the top floor offers a view you can't miss. Unfortunately, the advertised Sauna and SPA were closed for refurbishment, and the pillows were really uncomfortable—though you can ask for better ones at reception. Overall, the hotel is decent, but most “basic” stuff only shows up if you ask for it.
