“Não vale o custo benefício.”

The covered parking was included in the rate, but overall it fell short. At check‑in I learned my reservation had been given to someone else; the staff mixed up Tatiana with Juliana and handed my room to a stranger who hadn’t booked and paid less than my Booking rate. Luckily there was an empty room and they gave us another one. The AC didn’t work on the hot side, and at least the blanket was thick because it was cold that night. Breakfast was decent, but for the price of the room I expected more options. It doesn’t offer good value.

My stay at Hotel Pontal de Palhoça was bad and I won’t return. From the moment I arrived the reception service was poor. Many staff were neither friendly nor welcoming, and at several moments they seemed indifferent and uninterested in helping. Cleanliness was also a major issue; the place was dirty and there were questionable water drips in the bathroom. Another big problem was the noise at night, with people shouting until 5 am, with no respect for the quiet hours.
