The staff were very polite and courteous, but the cleanliness of the linens and the room was lacking.

The hotel was welcoming, the staff friendly, we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, everything was of excellent quality, and the staff were attentive and caring; overall I was satisfied in every way. If I ever return to the area, this will be my first choice, and I recommend it.

“Assolutamente no!”

The staff were pretty friendly, but the air in the room stayed hot even when the outside temperature hit 40°. They promised it would cool down, yet from morning until night I suffered in that heat until 22:00 when they finally offered a room change. The next evening, the new room was also sweltering, and I spent the whole night in agony. The shower was dirty, leaked everywhere because there was no barrier or shower tray, which is unacceptable. The price is too high for such poor quality, and the 3‑star rating on the sign is misleading.

“Consigliato”

I’m back for the second time and, just like the first visit, I was very happy; this time the staff were even kinder. The place is spotless, has an elevator, is quiet, and sits on a convenient street with supermarkets, restaurants, ATMs, post office, tobacconist, any type of shop, and it’s very close to the station. I especially love the shaded tables outside for relaxing. Highly recommended.
