Red Roof Inn Edgewood

“Do not recommend”

The spot’s location and price were decent, but the floor wasn’t swept, mold hid under the bathroom sink lining, and a 7 pm shower left water pooling in the tub that didn’t drain until 7 am the next day. The bed springs were broken, causing my husband to roll off the bed all night, and when we mentioned it to the front clerk he just said “I’m sorry man” and did nothing.

“Experience at the Red Roof Inn Edgewood Md.”

I like the location, some of the staff were nice. The older lady around 70ish with long hair, was rude and disrespectful, she yelled at me at the counter when I went through a third party to get home rates, she didn't fully understand how the process worked. I was trying to explain to her, and she literally walked off. If you want to keep customers put her in another department or just get rid of her. It doesn't make sense for a person to be rude people don't take likely to these kinds of actions, she didn't know how to process to third party I ended up spending 27 hours in the lobby sleeping in my car. The next day they still couldn't process the third party. The other lady Kelly she canceled my reservation through price they charged me 83.99 which made it very difficult for me I was late for work she didn't understand the process either, and she stays there on the property and she has another lady living in her room I think her room number is 202 something like that. I think there needs to be more training to give them a better understanding. This is a business establishment and it should be more professional people are around their cursing, yelling I've never seen anything like it. However Ayanna was nice 🙂 she understood the process and I was able to get into a room the next day. my second week there I had asked for towels and didn't have any I had to proceed to my storage to get towels. I gave all the towels that were in the room back and was told that I would receive towels when I arrived late that evening I had one set of towels. The sink in room 236 is clogged and the water pressure runs slow in the shower. Please get these things taken care of if you want to keep receiving good customers such as myself and others

“Me and my family love to stay here it’s our goto first spot we pick everytime”

I always stay here; it’s my go‑to spot whenever I need a hotel. It’s comfortable, quiet, the staff are very friendly and helpful, rooms are clean with no bugs, and I have no complaints. I’d recommend everyone to stay here.
