“Worst in my life”

I never liked anything about this place. The first room handed to me was a mess: bedding and pillows looked unclean, towels were stained, the bathroom was dirty, and dust and grime were everywhere. It felt like the room hadn’t been cleaned before I arrived. The sink had a serious maintenance flaw—the pipe underneath was broken, so water leaked onto my legs and the floor every time I washed my hands or brushed my teeth. I told the staff, who were helpful and offered to move me, but the second room was just as filthy and smelled awful. The furniture was visibly dusty, and the staff suggested another cleaning, but it was already about 10 p.m. I was exhausted from traveling and didn’t want people cleaning around me at that hour. I’m not asking for luxury, just a clean, hygienic room ready before arrival, not cleaned after complaints. The experience was so bad that I left the hotel the next day. Both rooms were unacceptable, yet I wasn’t refunded, which is completely unfair. I can’t recommend this hotel.

“Convenient place”

Check‑in was quick, the front desk team was friendly and helpful, and the hotel is close to Gaffar Market in Karol Bagh.
