The noise is bad; there’s little soundproofing and everything can be heard.

The bed is comfortable, but it’s noisy.

There were cockroaches in the kitchen, the shared bathroom toilet stopped working so we had to use another suite’s bathroom, no cleaning or linen changes as promised daily, the fridge was very dirty and in poor condition, and the kitchen was the same.
