“Fake rooms”

We couldn’t stay in the hotel because they didn’t have the room type we had seen advertised. They tried to redirect us to other hotels by taking me to different areas. I lost patience with the gentleman as it was nearly midnight, so I went to find our own hotel. Be careful of people claiming to be the hotel owner or working for hotels in this area—they’re trying to get commission and are hard to shake off. I don’t like being harsh with people in front of my family, but these guys are incorrigible.

“最悪”

I was scammed at the currency exchange, and the front desk staff acted arrogantly; the sheets and comforter were slightly dirty, the shower only had cold water, and tiny cockroaches were crawling on the floor.

I would never recommend this place to families— the staff are dishonest and the service is terrible; although the booking showed a 2‑bed room, they handed me a single bed for four people, and when the staff mentioned an extra bed they never provided it, plus the minibar was broken. Overall, a very bad hotel.

The hotel is close to the train station, but it’s dirty, cold, and the elevator feels frightening.
