Clean and new, but I had to pay for parking.

Convenient spot near LAX, but the breakfast was mediocre, rooms were dirty, and there was no turndown or overnight cleaning. The front desk staff were rude yet knowledgeable, and the price felt inflated.
“Overall a decent hotel but if you’re wanting a nice pool this is not the hotel for you.”
The place was very clean and comfortable, within walking distance of an outlet mall, and the staff were friendly and even started breakfast early for us. The pool was extremely small, breakfast began at 7 am, and parking required an extra fee.

The location was solid, rooms were spacious, and the beds looked new and comfy. However, the room’s cleanliness was questionable, the shower head was awful and made it hard to wash long hair, and the pool was tiny—only 8 people max, which is insane compared to the photos. Staff didn’t smile when my family and I passed by, except for a helpful overnight worker I needed late. A wet dog or towel smell lingered outside my room, the AC unit was impossible to operate, and the fan couldn’t stay on constantly. I wouldn’t stay here again; it wasn’t worth the price.
