1. Spacious room, clean, comfortable bed; 2. Hot water with good pressure; 3. Pleasant staff; 4. You can leave items while trekking and rent trekking poles; 5. Terrace for breakfast with a view of the square; 6. Breakfast is prepared at the agreed time. 1. It would be great if the booking listed exactly which room you get, because I booked a room with large windows and a view of the square as shown in the picture, but ended up with a rear room with a small window; 2. It would be nice to add fruit, cheese, yogurt to breakfast, as it only offers eggs, a piece of avocado, and bread.

The location is ideal for a canyon tour. It was cramped, uncozy, and I worried about cleanliness. I'd rather not stay there (maybe that's my feeling, but it was). I had to cut my stay short by one night and received a partial refund.

The hotel faces the square and the host can lend you walking sticks if you want, plus they’ll hold your bag while you head out to the Colca Canyon.

The hotel is easy to reach and sits right on the main square. The staff are friendly and will keep your bags while you go hiking. You can take a shower back for a few soles. The room was tiny, the hot water didn’t work, and the cleanliness was lacking. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for any comfort.
