The staff was EXCELLENT!!! So friendly and accommodating!!
“Everything good”
The place was spotless and smelled fresh, but the AC was missing and it was over 100 outside; it cooled quickly once it was on.
The bed was comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the hotel was family friendly. No complaints.
Very nice staffing and very clean!. Nothing at all! Everything was amazing
“DONT DO IT GO SOMEWHERE ELSE”
When I checked in, the receptionist had his eyes and face covered, looked unprofessional, didn’t smile, and had a negative attitude; he didn’t greet me and I had to wait 10 minutes while he complained about being tired on the phone, acting like my reservation hadn’t come through, then he assigned me a single bed instead of a double. The room smelled of old water, had brown hair in the bathroom corner, and something sticky on the floor. When I returned to get the room fixed, he told me I shouldn’t have booked through the site because I was in an overflow room. I asked for the price for a direct booking and he said 158, claiming that as a member I should have booked directly, but I paid 172. It took a week for the extra charge to be refunded. Everything was bad.
