Everything was comfortable, super clean, cozy, and the staff were very friendly; nothing to note.
Everything was good. The proximity to everything, the staff, the room. Everything was good.

The location is excellent, and Loudes is amazing; nothing is too much trouble. She can sort any issues and recommends a place to eat; she is such a lovely girl. An earlier breakfast time would be better – 7 am would suit trips; you can arrange a breakfast takeout, but most planned trips don’t allow food on the bus.

Breakfast was very good, the room was well equipped, the bathroom was spacious and beautiful. The room was very small, there was little space to put luggage and other items, which made it a bit uncomfortable; in the bathroom there was nowhere to hang towels.
