The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable, and the location was perfect. I walked to the waterfront pier and the R&R Hall of Fame. I wish there were more breakfast options.

The lady who helped me with my booking was incredibly kind and amazing. My sister and I had just lost our mother, and I wanted to take her downtown so we could decompress; I love the city and attend Christian concerts alone, while my sister would be uncomfortable there. I enjoyed everything alone, and she was able to see Cleveland through my eyes and loved it. Cleveland is beautiful at night. We didn’t have money to stay in your hotel, but I found a good deal, so you made two girls feel so special. Nothing else to add.

The hotel is in downtown, within walking distance of Browns Stadium. The building is old, but the ballpark and arena are nearby. The road noise is quite loud, and the free breakfast isn’t tasty.

The bedroom carpet was filthy, it needs a deep deep clean. Breakfast was nowhere near as good as any hotel of this calibre I've stayed in in Europe
